一位63歲的黃先生右眼突然出現腫塊，原本以為是被蚊子叮咬，但遲遲不消退，就醫後，醫師竟然在他的眼球裡面找出一條6公分的寄生蟲。

醫生手套上這白色條狀，足足有6公分長的東西，是一種寄生蟲，叫做「曼森氏裂頭絛蟲」。不過令人感到害怕的是，這寄生蟲是從一位病人黃先生的右眼皮裡刮出來的。

其實絛蟲主要是在動物，像是青蛙或蛇的腸道裡發現，但是為什麼會在黃先生的眼皮裡，醫生懷疑，可能是之前黃先生釣魚時被感染。

醫師還說，雖然絛蟲在人體裡不會繁殖，但還是有可能對器官造成傷害，建議大家，不要吃生食，還有如果身體有傷口，也要避免水上活動。
