中秋節又快到了，大家少不了又要大吃大喝。但根據高雄醫學大學附設醫院健檢篩檢發現，有高達四成的脂肪肝人口，年齡是分布在二十到二十九歲，顯然與脂肪肝有關的高血糖、高血壓和高脂血症等，早已向年輕人招手。因此滿足口腹之慾，也要注意飲食控制和運動。（洪珍瑩報導）

脂肪肝不再是中老年人的專利了！根據高雄醫學大學附設醫院篩減發現，在一千六百多名健檢民眾中，三十歲以上有脂肪肝人口有五成六，但也有四成的年齡分布在二十到二十九歲，顯然與脂肪肝有關的「三高」疾病，已向年輕人招手。內分泌主治醫師林昆德說，要想降低脂肪肝，只有運動和飲食控制。

更值得注意的是，在輕度脂防肝人口，有百分之四十出現潛伏
