大學生肚痛竟成心衰竭現年23歲、就讀國立宜蘭大學的葉佳旻，2004年4月因腸胃不適就醫，沒想到竟被診斷為不明原因的「擴大性心肌病變－合併心衰竭，心臟無力」。

眼睜睜看著同學都畢業，甚至上研究所，他迄今還在醫院加護病房裡苦待心臟救命，只能仰賴體外循環機維繫生命。

只是肚子疼怎會變成心衰竭,醫生表示,有時因為心臟無力、輸出血量過少，會影響周邊血流量，所以任何部位都有可能會出現缺血的情況，比如腸胃道的血流量不足，就以腹痛或胃痛來表現。
