作者：healthy 陳永綺（書田診所小兒科主任）褓襁中的嬰兒，媽媽們除了關心吃的問題，還必須注意寶寶的尿片是否溼了、髒了，並隨時立即更換，否則一不小心就會出現皮膚泛紅、尿布疹。在炎熱的天氣裡，嬰兒裹著厚厚的尿片，如何呵護寶寶的柔細的肌膚，才不會增加寶寶的負擔呢？ 由於嬰兒的尿液和糞便含有尿素與腸道酵素，若是停留在皮膚上的時間過久，就會刺激皮膚產生變化，引起疹子。疹子形成，就是所謂的尿布疹，通常都出現在屁屁與兩腿包尿布的地方，不過，若是尿液與糞便侵犯其他的皮膚，也一樣會起疹子，所以，尿布疹不是只有包尿布的地方才會有。 醫學研究發現，尿布透氣與尿布疹有絕對的關係。透氣良好的尿布，寶寶得尿布疹會減少50％的發生率，尤其是對念珠
